APT Welcome International Distributors To Belfast

Audio specialist APT last week welcomed over 30 of the company's international distributors to its Belfast headquarters for a four-day International Distributor Forum.
Originally spun-out of the small business arm of Queen's University, APT has grown to be one of Northern Ireland's flagship export companies with over 90% of sales outside the UK.
The company's worldwide distributor network has been critical in the company securing major deals with broadcasters such as the ABC in Australia, Clear Channel Radio in the US and the European Broadcast Union.
The company welcomed almost 30 representatives from more than 20 countries to the forum, which was held to expand the distributors' technical knowledge of APT's key products and to update them on new APT products, technologies and business strategies.
The event also included a successful two-day conference featuring a full seminar and workshop programme. It also provided ample opportunities for APT's distributors to network and exchange ideas and strategies for the future.
The Distributor Forum culminated in a gala-dinner held in the Council Chamber at Queens University on Friday evening where APT distributors, staff and distinguished guests enjoyed a champagne and Guinness reception, sampled local delights including smoked salmon, oysters and wheaten bread and were treated to entertainment from local Irish dancers and musicians.
APT CEO Noel McKenna said: "We were delighted to welcome our international distributors to Belfast. The Distributor Forum is an excellent opportunity for them to learn more about APT products, establish relationships and share ideas and knowledge.
"Our network of distributors adds a very real value to our business and we have a legacy of developing long-term relationships with our distributors."
