Granada International Secures Worldwide Rights To Distribute 'Old Skool With Terry And Gita'

Granada International has secured worldwide rights (excluding the USA) to distribute a brand new factual entertainment series, 'Old Skool with Terry and Gita'. The 5 x 30 minute series, created and produced by award winning producers Bunim/Murray, was commissioned by VH1 in the USA. GI will launch the show at NATPE 2008. The series is slated to start airing on the channel in 2008.
Old Skool with Terry and Gita stars two hilarious old ladies exploring the hottest topics in pop culture today from Porn to Hip Hop, Rehab and Gay Life. Terry Moore was a movie star, ex-wife of billionaire Howard Hughes and a friend of Elvis, James Dean and Marilyn Monroe. Although she’s 77, Terry has a childlike innocence and curiosity. She’s still very excited about life, and loves to meet new people. Gita Hall was the world’s first supermodel. Now 72 she has mixed with royalty and stars including Errol Flynn. Gita tells it like it really is and, whilst she appears a little cantankerous at first, deep down she has a heart of gold.
Terry and Gita have many friends in Hollywood – most of them legends – with whom the duo share their fascinating experiences.
Old Skool with Terry and Gita is executive produced by Jon Murray and Jeff Jenkins for Bunim/Murray Productions and Grant Cramer for Moore/Cramer Productions. Michael Hirschorn, Jeff Olde, Jill Holmes and Jenn Levy serve as executive producers for VH1.
