Framestore CFC Colourist Hits The Spot At BTA Craft Awards

Framestore CFC has again been recognized at the annual British Television Advertising (BTA) Craft Awards, with this year's award for Best Colourist going to Senior Colourist Dave Ludlam for his work on the Stella Artois spot, 'Destiny'.
This is the second time Ludlam has won this prestigious award. Following his win Ludlam paid tribute to his fellow team members: "I'm delighted to win. This sort of recognition by your peers means the most.
"But the Framestore CFC telecine team have all had a great year, and I really do feel that the award could have equally well gone to my colleague and fellow nominee, Steffan Perry."
The awards, which annually attract hundreds of entries for its 21 categories, took place at London's Royal Lancaster Hotel.
Among the other Framestore CFC attendees at the ceremony were Kirsty Cleminson, Sarah Goodwin, Heather Kinal, Danielle Nadal, Abby Orchard, Steffan Perry, and Matt Turner.
The BTA Craft Awards were instituted in 1996, with the aim of further recognising the British skills and crafts employed in commercials production that are in worldwide demand.
Directed by The Guard Brothers, Stella Artois 'Destiny'
was for agency Lowe London, and the production company was Independent Films.
