Virtual Katy Rolls Into Las Vegas With New VK Products

Virtual Katy™ Development Limited, a Digidesign® development partner delivering workflow solutions for audio professionals, has announced they will be exhibiting their latest VK solutions at NAB 2007.
The Virtual Katy family of products includes the VK audio post assistant range, which is designed to accelerate the audio post process for Pro Tools users. Used on everything from feature films to the 30-second spot, VK has saved countless hours by automating painstaking tasks that kill the creative spirit and derail deadlines.
New for NAB will be the VK CNA, a marriage of the recently acquired Change Note Assistant with the award-winning VK change management technology. The new VK CNA product offers all of the VK2 features and functionality, Change Note Assistant algorithms, and support for AAF formats.
Also making an appearance at NAB is the next rendition of VK2. VK2 can analyze and preview changes, trace historical elements, rebalance movies, and process up to 2500 picture edits in less than a second. At NAB 2007, Virtual Katy will give a sneak peak technology including the ability to trace session changes for clip based projects and XML handling.
