RED TEAMS UP WITH EYE ANIMATION STUDIOS
RED, one of Soho’s leading creative facilities, are pooling their talent and resources with London’s Eye Animation Studios to attract more large-scale effects projects.
The partnership have recently completed a 90 second high end commercial for Emirates Airlines and the new Dubai International Airport. The commercial will air in the UK, France, Germany, the US and the Middle East from early October.
Red producer Carl Grinter says: “The calibre of the Emirates and Dubai Airport commercial is testament to the excellent working relationship we have with Eye Animation. Both companies complement each other in terms of talent and resources providing an unbeatable combination of animation, high-end design and effects compositing for projects such as these commercials.”
The Emirate Airways commercial was directed by Paul Archard at UK production company Stink and produced by Kim Belcham.
Three months in planning and shooting, the post production of the director’s photographic and photorealistic requirements added a further six weeks to the project.
