BTS GO LIVE ON AIR WITH GEE BROADCAST

BUSINESS Television Service (BTS), part of the Global Learning Team, have recently gone on air with their Gee Broadcast Graphics and Non-linear Editing Systems.
The systems, based on the Matrox range of frame buffers, provide facilities for both direct to air graphics and captioning via the Inscriber VMP Character Generator and non-linear editing using the Incite Edit workstation.
Greg Angel, Business Television Director and Producer said: “We were looking for a complete solution to our pre and post production needs. Our primary brief is to deliver ‘Live’ and interactive Business Television as a broadband internal television service over IP to a wide audience within Cable and Wireless. Such programming requires the inclusion of video items for inclusion with the live material and for subsequent editing of this live programming into archive versions.”
