EDITING ON THE MOVE WITH PURPLE.FIELD

FAST Multimedia, developers of software and hardware for PC-based video editing, have introduced a portable version of their DV editing solution, purple.Field.
This version has the full function of FASTstudio software, a Sony Broadcast-certified software codec, as well as support for DV, DVCAM and DVPRO.
Designed for news gathering and field applications, this streamlined system provides the ultimate in portability, giving editors and journalists the freedom to work anywhere they choose.
Additional software options for purple.Field include purple.XL for complex editing and multilayering, and purple.FX for 3D effects, making the system ideal for the demands of productions.
