New Moon scoops awards in New York
London production outfit New Moon has picked up more awards for its London 2012 films which took place in New York on 27 January.
'Sport at Heart' has won New York Festivals Gold Awards for Best Public Relations Film and also for Best Corporate Image Film.
New Moon Director, Daryl Goodrich, has won both Gold and Silver for Best Direction for 'Sport at Heart' and 'Inspiration' respectively.
These latest awards bring the total haul to a massive 21 for these two films over the last 12 months, making the films the most decorated promotional films of 2005.
'Inspiration' beat films from Steven Spielberg and Luc Besson to help London come from behind and knock both New York and favourites Paris out of contention last July.
The New York Festival honours excellence in creative communication and celebrates work that has touched the hearts and minds of viewers worldwide.
“Helping London win the Games in 2012 was brilliant – but to have New York acknowledge the films feels just as good,” said Caroline Rowland, Group Managing Director of New Moon. (CD)
