Bryan Fernandez joins Broadcast Technology
Digital television engineering specialist Broadcast Technology have appointed Bryan Fernandez as Middle East & Africa area sales manager, reporting to director of sales Ken Chalmers.
Bryan commenced his broadcast career in 1979 as a systems engineer at Racal Micro-Electronic, progressing to Quantel in 1983 where he became marketing and sales manager. After 15 years with Quantel, he joined Oxtel as European area manager, broadcast products, moving to Snell & Wilcox as Middle East regional sales manager. In recent years he has worked with BarcoNet (Belgium) as sales manager, Teleste (Finland) as business development manager, and latterly JVC Professional as Middle East area manager.
Ken Chalmers comments: "Bryan brings a very broad stream of industry experience from cameras and graphics through post-production, test and measurement and systems integration to wired and wireless transmission.
"He joins an expanding sales team handling Broadcast Technology's rapidly developing product base."
