SAGITTA RECEIVE ISO 9001 CERTIFICATION
SAGITTA, providers of Storage Area Networks (SAN) solutions, have gained the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) 9001 quality control certification at their first attempt.
Andy Norman, Managing Director of Sagitta, said: “The rigorous process of acquiring this certification demonstrates Sagitta’s commitment to providing their customers with the highest quality products and services. The ISO 9001 certification is an extension of what we have striven for and achieved, it now allows us to conform with a world-wide recognised standard.”
ISO 9001 requirements are aimed at achieving customer satisfaction by preventing non-conformity at all stages from quality design and business processes to servicing.
The ISO are a federation of national standards bodies. The 9000 series of standards addresses management concepts, including a model for quality assurance requirements. (CD)
