IPV announces appointment of worldwide Sales Manager

IPV, one of the largest independent suppliers of browse and network technology to the broadcast market, has announced the appointment of Chris Gibbs as Worldwide Sales Manager.
Gibbs was most recently Business Development Manager for Comgenic, a leading supplier of software-based solutions for boosting sales performance through the use of technology via a range of content-managed digital channels.
Prior to that Gibbs was Senior Account Manager at Tyrell Corporation where his position included key account management and direct sales of technology-based solutions to post production, corporate and broadcast clients.
Gibbs joined Tyrell from Avid, where he was responsible for direct sales of Avid's product range to UK broadcasters.

Gibbs' appointment is effective immediately.
