Front Porch Digital expands Teleclub’s video archive

Front Porch Digital (FPD), the broadcast and media division of Incentra Solutions, announced today that it is expanding Swiss broadcaster Teleclub’s digital video archive with transcoding capabilities to deliver video on demand (VOD) services to Swisscom, Switzerland’s leading telecom company. Leveraging its global, exclusive partnership with Telestream, FPD will deliver integrated FlipFactory transcoding into Teleclub’s DIVArchive workflow.
Zürich-based Teleclub AG, a leading provider of premium pay-TV channels in Switzerland, relies upon DIVArchive to manage the digital archive for its pay-TV services.
The seamless integration of FlipFactory and DIVArchive will allow the automatic generation of VOD copies of every piece of content going into the archive. This will give Swisscom’s subscribers access to Teleclub movies via VOD services.
