LIP SYNC POST EXPAND WITH AMS NEVE

LIP Sync Post, an established post production facility in the heart of Soho, London, are expanding with the opening of a new facility at Dean Street that will boast ten AMS Neve systems.
The latest in Lip Sync’s development is their brand new sound and picture post production centre which will be home to two AMS Neve DFCs, a Libra Post, a Logic 3 and six AudioFile SCs, making it an AMD Neve dedicated facility.
Jon Diamond, Founder and Managing Director of Lip Sync Post, said: “The two film theatres have the much revered AMS Neve DFCs alongside an awesome array of outboard gear. A mixer’s dream. I consider the DFC to be the best desk around, it will be compatible with all our other studios, and other facilities in the US where the DFC is firmly established as the console for film mixers. The AudioFiles are going to be the nerve centre of recording and tracklaying. The AudioFile’s machine control has the edge over any of the products around at the moment. The AudioFile machine control system keeps a firm hand on all various devices. Again, compatibility was an issue.”
The new facility due to open in December will launch straight into the mixing of ‘Rugrats in Paris’. The sound suites have been designed by White Mark and all studios are 5.1 conversant.
Theatres one and two have full Dolby theatrical licences with surround EX and all rooms are equipped with the same outboard gear to ensure simple project swapping.
