ScheduALL 4.46 adds features, improved integration and .NET functions

ScheduALL has announced the release version 4.46 of its scheduling and resource management software suite -- including ScheduALL, ScheduLINK and NewsPLAN.
ScheduALL Software is an integrated scheduling, workflow, transmission and operations management solution used in broadcast television, film, and corporate production environments. This latest release of ScheduALL represents a significant increase in performance, enhanced connectivity and many new features.
ScheduALL 4.46 has been retooled to support the company’s progressive .NET development efforts and is compatible with the many new .NET web services interfaces already available from the company. The .NET enabled ScheduALL will deliver broadened market reach and enhanced scope of features. .NET increases the company's ability to quickly and easily design custom interfaces and to integrate efficiently into broadcast operations.
Another important addition to ScheduALL is the development of a Universal Interface Agent to Network Management Systems (NMS) and Monitoring and Control Systems (M&C). The interface allows ScheduALL to easily interconnect with, and control, external hardware and software sources such as automated broadcast workflow and distribution solutions.
The agent communicates over a TCP/IP networks using the XML messaging and provides a widely accepted and flexible communications solution between platforms. “Already deployed at a number of major broadcasters, our NMS interface bridges the great divide between systems like ScheduALL and IT/engineering systems and will open up a whole new world of workflow automation opportunities for our clients”, said Rick Legow, president of ScheduALL. “Automation is the key to success in the modern broadcasting business model and we have taken a major step forward in ensuring we will play a big part in redefining that model”
ScheduALL is the broadcast industry’s most widely used production and operations management solution, used in more than 1,000 broadcast and production facilities worldwide.
