TV Factory Deepens Commitment to 24i
24i, the pioneering data-driven video streaming company, and TV Factory AG today announced a significant expansion and multi-year renewal of their strategic partnership.
Under the expanded partnership, TV Factory becomes 24i’s exclusive value added reseller (VAR) for Switzerland and will take responsibility for the marketing, integration and local support of 24i solutions in the Swiss market.
The renewed alliance combines TV Factory’s local infrastructure and service aggregation with 24i’s platform. Together, they enable Swiss network operators, internet service providers (ISPs) and utilities to launch, manage and monetize full-featured TV and streaming services without the high total cost of ownership (TCO) or complexity of building proprietary platforms.
24i’s data-driven Video Cloud connects content, audience intelligence and monetization in one modular platform. It brings together content management, personalization, advanced advertising, applications and video workflows to help TV providers launch and scale services, deliver personalized content discovery and grow revenue per viewer across Smart TVs, web, mobile devices and operator-grade set-top boxes.
International technology with local responsibility
As the exclusive VAR for Switzerland, TV Factory is the local point of contact for network operators and service providers looking to use 24i solutions or integrate them into their existing TV offerings.
TV Factory’s role extends beyond sales. Customers can choose to source the entire service chain from a single provider, from signal processing and the TV backend to applications and devices, as well as integration, operations and support.
“Having worked alongside 24i for years, deepening our commitment through an exclusive VAR agreement was a clear strategic choice,” said Ramón Amat, CEO of TV Factory AG. “24i’s technology provides the reliability and continuous innovation our market demands. By combining 24i’s platform with our Swiss infrastructure and operational strength, we allow local operators to dominate their consumer market without the overhead of building a streaming platform from scratch.”
“Long-term partner renewals are the truest indicator of market confidence, platform stability, and customer success,” said Sebastian Braun, CEO of 24i. “TV Factory has proven to be an exceptional partner. Together, we remove the complexity of modern video delivery, empowering Swiss providers to focus on what matters most: captivating their viewers and growing revenue per user.”
