Marshall Electronics To Debut All-Weather 4K IP POV Camera

Marshall Electronics is set to make the European debut of its CV574-WP, an all-weather, all-IP 4K POV camera, at IBC 2026 on stand 10.C11.

Designed for outdoor production environments, the CV574-WP supports NDI®|HX for efficient, low-latency video transport over standard Ethernet networks. Its IP67-rated weatherproof construction is designed to support reliable operation in demanding outdoor conditions, making it suited to remote production (REMI) workflows.

The camera features an interchangeable M12 lens mount and is supplied with a 4.0mm lens offering a 77-degree horizontal angle of view. At its core is an 8.46-megapixel 1/2.8-inch 4K UHD sensor, capable of producing video at up to 3840x2160p60 over IP.

The CV574-WP supports video output up to 1080p50/60 for NDI®|HX and is compatible with multiple streaming protocols, including NDI®|HX3, NDI®|HX2, RTSP and RTMP.

Its IP-focused architecture supports H.264 and HEVC encoding, alongside secure SRT streaming over Ethernet. The design combines image acquisition, compression and IP transport within a compact camera platform.

A key feature is the integration of NDI®|HX3, which enables low-latency video transmission while reducing bandwidth requirements compared with traditional full-bandwidth video streams.

The approach allows high-resolution video signals to be transported over standard network infrastructure without dedicated video cabling, supporting the growing use of network-based acquisition in live production environments.

The CV574-WP is designed to give production teams a compact option for acquiring high-resolution video in outdoor environments while integrating directly into IP-based workflows.
