Martin Audio Group Brands Earn Multiple Honours

Martin Audio, TiMax, Linea Research and Optimal Audio returned from InfoComm 2026 with multiple industry awards and strong interest in a new demonstration approach designed to showcase integrated technology solutions across real-world applications.

The group secured three major award wins during the show, including Best of Show recognition for Martin Audio's BlacklineQ and Optimal Audio's newly launched Column Series. In addition, Martin Audio partners Technical Audio Group and Vestec Audio received the Mondo|DR Award for Best Multipurpose Venue.

Central to the companies' presence at the event was Demo Room N112, where attendees experienced a new application-focused presentation format built around real-world deployment scenarios. The demonstrations guided visitors through environments including hospitality, sports venues, worship spaces and auditoria, pairing loudspeaker systems with associated control and processing technologies.

The immersive demonstrations incorporated projection mapping and spatial audio technology from TiMax to illustrate how immersive sound can enhance audience experiences in different venue types. According to the company, the approach generated detailed conversations with consultants, systems integrators and end users.

On the show floor at Booth N6833, Martin Audio highlighted developments within its flagship Wavefront Precision optimized line array series, along with its CDD Series and ADORN product lines. BlacklineQ made its U.S. trade show debut during the event and added another Best of Show award to its list of recognitions.

Martin Audio said BlacklineQ is the first series in its category to provide differential dispersion capabilities, enabling more controlled coverage across a wider range of applications. The company also noted that the series has become the fastest-selling version within the Blackline family.

Optimal Audio also featured a hospitality-themed booth environment that included a dining space, bar and outdoor terrace. During the show, the company introduced its ZonePad VL-1 passive wall controller and SmartAmp Custom Configurator, alongside the recently launched Column Series loudspeakers, including the Column 8 and Column 16 models.

TiMax showcased the latest developments in its TiMax SoundHub spatial audio and show control platform through a dedicated immersive demonstration system. New features presented at the show included ADM-OSC integrations, native SpatAI v2 integration designed to enable AI-driven control and Scaling Surfaces technology intended to simplify transferring show files between venues of varying sizes.

Meanwhile, Linea Research used InfoComm as the launch platform for its NSC Series compact network system processors. Attendees were able to experience the NSC24, NSC46 and NSC48 models along with the latest version of System Engineer 8 software.
