Stage Precision Appoints VIVID Studios

Stage Precision has added Dubai-based VIVID Studios to its Service Partner Program as an Authorised Service Partner (ASP), strengthening its network of technical partners supporting immersive and experience-led projects.

The partnership will see VIVID Studios support the deployment of Stage Precision solutions across a range of live event, virtual production and AV environments.

Stage Precision launched its Service Partner Program in 2023 to establish a network of accredited partners with proven expertise in integrating the company’s SP Grid platform into complex workflows. Partners are required to demonstrate experience delivering projects where Stage Precision tools play a central operational role.

VIVID Studios, which specialises in creative technology and immersive experiences, has integrated SP Grid into its wider system design and digital experience infrastructure. The company combines AV technology, digital content design and artificial intelligence to create interactive environments for venues and attractions.

"Stage Precision has become an important part of how we think about control, automation, and intelligent environments at VIVID," said Moe Tarakomyi, Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer at VIVID Studios. "We started using it inside our own virtual production studio, VO1D, where we needed a flexible way to connect media servers, lighting, tracking, camera, and creative workflows. From there, it naturally became part of our wider ecosystem."

One of the most significant projects delivered through the partnership is Woohoo, an immersive restaurant in Dubai that combines fine dining with AI-driven interactive experiences.

"In Woohoo, SP Grid helped us connect media servers, lighting, audio, content logic, and human override into one reliable control layer," Tarakomyi explained. "Woohoo is not a normal restaurant with screens and lights. It's a living AI-driven environment, so we needed something that could act like the central nervous system of the venue."

According to VIVID Studios, SP Grid acts as the venue's central control layer, linking AI systems with AV, media and lighting infrastructure to generate content and support day-to-day venue operations.

The company has also deployed Stage Precision technology within OMNIA, an AI-powered interactive exhibition in Oman. The installation used Stage Precision’s Python scripting capabilities to connect AI-driven content systems with show-control operations.

"OMNIA was built as a responsive environment where visitor input, AI-generated content, lighting, media, and interactive moments all needed to work together as one journey."

Stage Precision said VIVID Studios' accreditation follows the completion of SP Core Skills Training and reflects the company’s experience integrating SP Grid into large-scale immersive environments.

"It has become part of our internal language for building immersive spaces," Tarakomyi said.

"This partnership is exciting because we see SP Grid as more than a venue automation platform," he continued. "For us, it can support almost any automation layer we are developing, from immersive restaurants and experience centres to virtual production studios, corporate spaces, innovation centres, meeting rooms, and AI-driven operational environments."
