Vinten Unveils New Camera Support Systems

News Image
Vinten will showcase its latest manual and robotic camera support technologies at NAB Show 2026, highlighting advances in precision camera movement across live production environments.

Making its NAB debut, the Versine 240 fluid head will be presented alongside the flagship Versine 360, giving attendees a first look at the expanded product range. Designed for live production and outside broadcast use, the Versine 240 supports payloads of up to 25 kg (55 lb) and is engineered to deliver precise balance and control for long-lens operation in lightweight, mobile configurations suited to outside broadcasts, live events and electronic news gathering.

The company will also introduce VEGA Lite to NAB for the first time, expanding its robotic camera control portfolio. The system is designed to support automated and hybrid production workflows, offering broadcast-grade PTZ control with consistent operation and scalable deployment options.

As PTZ camera adoption continues to grow, Vinten will showcase a range of supporting solutions, including manual systems such as the Osprey Lite pedestal adapted for direct PTZ mounting. It will also demonstrate robotic configurations, including the Tecnopoint Starter Ceiling Track system, designed for space-efficient overhead PTZ movement.

Further demonstrations will include the FP-188+ full XY robotic pedestal, controlled via the VEGA Control System. The system incorporates geofencing to define safe operating zones and onboard sensing technology to support secure operation in dynamic studio environments.

Together, the products highlight Vinten's approach to combining manual and automated camera support systems, enabling operators to scale from traditional production setups to fully automated studio workflows.

Vinten will be exhibiting at Booth C5816 during the show.
