QuickLink has unveiled StudioPro™ Town Hall, an AI-powered add-on for its StudioPro™ production platform, at the 2026 NAB Show (Booth N2761).

The new tool is aimed at organisations that need broadcast-quality coverage for large-scale meetings and events without relying on a full specialist production crew.

With expectations rising for professionally produced meetings, many city halls, educational institutions and corporate teams lack the resources for expert operators each time they go live. StudioPro Town Hall is designed to close that gap, providing an intuitive, web-based interface that teams can run confidently with minimal staffing to deliver polished results.

Offered as an add-on to the award-winning StudioPro platform, the solution is purpose-built for environments such as council chambers and public forums where dependable, broadcast-standard output is essential but experienced crews may not be available. Powered by QL.AI, it automates switching, active-speaker workflows and meeting graphics while keeping operators fully in control.

The system supports both fully automated and manual production, and integrates meeting-ready graphics — including lower thirds and branding — via NewBlue Captivate™.

To meet modern engagement and publishing needs, StudioPro Town Hall handles live streaming and recording. Sessions can stream to council websites, YouTube, Facebook and other destinations using RTMP or SRT, while recordings are created simultaneously for rapid publication and secure archiving.
