Viaccess-Orca Highlights Efficiency At NAB 2026
Viaccess-Orca will focus on cost efficiency, scalability and new monetisation strategies at the NAB Show 2026 in Las Vegas, as broadcasters and service providers look for ways to manage rising operational pressures while maintaining high-quality services.
The company plans to showcase a range of OTT, content protection and data-driven technologies aimed at helping broadcasters, telecom operators and streaming platforms streamline operations and modernise services without major infrastructure changes.
According to Viaccess-Orca, its modular and cloud-native solutions allow operators to upgrade platforms gradually rather than through disruptive system overhauls. The portfolio includes tools for OTT service expansion, multi-DRM strategies, improved operational visibility and stronger content protection.
"Service providers and operators are looking to reduce OpEx and CapEx by 10–20% over the next 2–3 years. This means efficiency, stability, and smarter monetization, without losing quality of service, have become essential in today's media environment," said Stephan Nicolas, Chief Commercial Officer at Viaccess-Orca. "At NAB 2026, we’ll demonstrate how VO is helping service providers and operators streamline operations, modernize platforms, and apply cutting-edge technologies where there are clear, value-driven benefits — whether that’s improving user experiences, enabling greater opportunities for monetization, or reducing operational overhead."
At booth W3123, the company will demonstrate a range of solutions spanning service operations, user experience, content protection and platform monetisation.
Among the technologies on display will be its SaaS-based TV operations tools, including a modular service delivery platform designed to manage end-to-end TV services, a multi-brand orchestration system, and watermarking services for content protection across multiple devices. Real-time monitoring tools for analysing quality of experience and quality of service will also be demonstrated.
The company will also highlight user experience and analytics solutions, such as no-code design tools for updating TV app interfaces, data-driven quality of experience analytics, personalised content recommendation systems and multi-screen applications supporting set-top boxes, mobile devices, smart TVs and web platforms.
In addition, Viaccess-Orca will present advertising and monetisation technologies including a secure multi-platform video player with built-in analytics, targeted television advertising solutions for real-time ad insertion and audience segmentation, and L-Band advertising overlays designed to generate revenue without interrupting viewing.
During the event, Viaccess-Orca will also present joint demonstrations with ecosystem partners including Broadpeak, ContentWise and Harmonic. These demonstrations will focus on integrated solutions aimed at accelerating service deployment, enabling secure live content delivery and supporting scalable personalisation across digital platforms.
