Jamie Dunn Appointed CEO of Lawo AG

Lawo has announced the appointment of Jamie Dunn as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Lawo AG, a move designed to ensure continuity and drive the company's long-term strategic goals. Dunn, who joined the innovative live media production solutions provider in 2011, has served as 'Vorstand' and Deputy CEO since 2024. In his new role, he will lead a Management Board that includes Claus Gärtner (CFO), Andreas Hilmer (CMO), Christian Lukic (CSCO), Phil Myers (CTO), and Ulrich Schnabl (COO), maintaining the collegial leadership structure that has guided the firm's recent transition toward IP- and IT-based infrastructure.

As part of the transition, Philipp Lawo steps down from the 'Vorstand' of Lawo AG and joins the company's Supervisory Board. This move reflects Lawo's commitment to strengthening corporate compliance by more clearly separating management and control functions across its governing bodies.

Lawo's Management Board now consists of Jamie Dunn (CEO and 'Vorstand'), Claus Gärtner (CFO and 'Vorstand'), Andreas Hilmer (CMO), Christian Lukic (CSCO), Phil Myers (CTO) and Ulrich Schnabl (COO). This team-oriented and collegial structure has been key to the company's strong performance, strategic clarity and operational resilience in recent years.
