Accuris Bolsters Supply Chain Intelligence with Live Würth Elektronik Data
Accuris has announced a strategic expansion of its engineering intelligence library through a new real-time data partnership with Würth Elektronik. Under this agreement, the German manufacturer is now providing live, structured data for more than 22,000 electronic and electromechanical components directly into the Accuris ecosystem.
The integration utilizes a dedicated customer API to feed comprehensive product information into Accuris Parts Intelligence and BOM Intelligence. This automated pipeline ensures that engineers and procurement professionals have immediate access to manufacturer-verified data, eliminating the risks associated with manual data entry and outdated information.
Each integrated component record now includes:
• Technical Specifications: Full parametric data and product attributes for precise design-in.
• Lifecycle Status: Real-time updates on estimated longevity and obsolescence risks.
• Compliance Documentation: Essential supply-chain data including REACH, RoHS, and Country of Origin.
The partnership aligns with Würth Elektronik's "more than you expect" philosophy, which focuses on supporting the entire innovation cycle rather than just hardware delivery. By embedding this data directly into the Accuris library of 1.2 billion part records, users can now identify alternates and request free laboratory samples without leaving their primary intelligence tools.
