Audiotonix To Acquire DPA Microphones, Wisycom And Austrian Audio

Audiotonix has announced plans to acquire three leading audio technology companies—DPA Microphones, Wisycom, and Austrian Audio—to expand its portfolio of professional sound solutions.

The acquisitions are now under regulatory review and are expected to complete in the first half of 2026.

DPA Microphones, based in Denmark, brings more than six decades of experience in microphone design, producing highly durable and consistent microphones for live sound, theatre, film, and installation applications.

Italian company Wisycom is a global leader in wireless audio solutions, specialising in RF technology for broadcast, live events, corporate, and location sound. Austrian Audio, headquartered in Vienna, offers innovative microphones, headphones, and audio tools, building on its strong acoustic heritage.

All three brands will join Audiotonix's growing family of audio technology companies, which includes Allen & Heath, Calrec, DiGiCo, DiGiGrid, Fourier Audio, Group One Limited, Harrison, JH Audio, KLANG:technologies, Slate Digital, Solid State Logic, sonible, and Sound Devices.
