VITEC To Showcase ISR Video Streaming Technologies

VITEC will showcase its latest Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) video streaming technologies at World Defense Show 2026, taking place at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center in Saudi Arabia from 8–12 February.

The company, a leader in ISR video streaming solutions, will exhibit at stand H1F11, where it will preview its new PRISM SFF (small form factor) transcoder alongside a range of video technologies designed for military and defence applications. Also on display will be VITEC's VSNSeries video wall solutions, the TOUGH encoder family, and the MGW DiamondH.

"Our focus at World Defense Show is on delivering resilient, adaptable, and agile video solutions that perform in the most demanding environments," said Ghassan Dadokh, Senior Business Development Manager, VITEC. "The introduction of PRISM SFF reflects this commitment, combining the full capabilities of PRISM with a small form factor designed for deployments where space efficiency, power consumption, and operational reliability are critical."

Designed for deployments with tight space constraints, PRISM SFF delivers the full functionality of VITEC's PRISM platform in a compact design, allowing three units to be mounted within a single 1RU of rack space. The system operates without the need for an external AC/DC power supply and features reduced power consumption, making it suitable for a wide range of defence and security applications. It supports the conversion of live streams and media files into multiple broadcast-quality H.264 or HEVC outputs, incorporates advanced preprocessing tools, and preserves critical ISR metadata while offering built-in redundancy and high availability.

VITEC will also highlight its VSNSeries, a high-performance video wall control solution designed to support complex, multi-output video wall configurations. The compact, rack-mounted controllers provide a high-density solution for managing demanding video wall environments.

The company's World Defense Show lineup further includes the MGW Pico+ TOUGH, a compact and power-efficient HEVC/H.264 HD/SD encoder weighing under 400g, and the MGW Diamond TOUGH, a quad-channel HEVC/H.264 encoder with HDR support for low-latency, multichannel ISR streaming. Also on show will be the MGW DiamondH, a compact 4K and dual-channel HDMI encoder designed for real-time ISR video streaming over RF or satellite links. The unit supports screen sharing, advanced stream protection technologies including Zixi, SRT, RIST and ProMPEG, and Power over Ethernet for rapid deployment, with optional recording capabilities for mission review and analysis.

Visitors can learn more by visiting VITEC at stand H1F11 during World Defense Show 2026.
