Visix Launches New EPS 37 ePaper Desk Sign

Visix, Inc. has announced the launch of its new EPS 37 ePaper desk sign alongside professional graphic design services tailored specifically for ePaper workplace displays, marking a first in the digital signage industry.

With the introduction of these services, Visix becomes the only company to offer custom graphic design for ePaper signs that incorporates full-color imagery, photography and branded backgrounds, while maintaining the low-power benefits of ePaper technology.

The EPS 37 replaces the previous EPS 27 model and features a larger 3.9" x 2.3" x 0.6" display. The expanded screen improves visibility and allows for more detailed booking information and enhanced design elements. The new four-color desk sign joins Visix’s existing four-color ePaper lineup, which includes the EPS 42 desk sign and the EPS 74 room sign. All four-color models now support custom-designed graphics.

Like all Visix ePaper solutions, the EPS 37 operates wirelessly, offers more than five years of battery life and has an expected service life of up to 10 years. The addition of four-color graphics brings greater visual impact, allowing organizations to reinforce brand identity across their workspaces without sacrificing efficiency or sustainability.

Visix's new ePaper design services use advanced E Ink technology to create custom templates that integrate live reservation data with visually engaging layouts. The four-color EPS 37, EPS 42 and EPS 74 signs use red, yellow, black and white to deliver branded displays, while the EPS 125 supports red, black and grayscale imagery. Organizations can now add photos, graphics, logos, QR codes and branded backgrounds to their ePaper signage while preserving the sustainability and cost benefits that distinguish ePaper from traditional LCD screens.

Custom template options include branded background graphics and photography, company and department logos, brand-aligned color schemes, QR codes for booking and check-in, integrated scheduling data and layouts tailored to specific workplace use cases.
