Zixi Appoints Roi Sasson As Vice President, Engineering

Zixi has appointed Roi Sasson as Vice President, Engineering.

He will lead the company's global engineering organisation, scaling teams, structuring processes and accelerating innovation to meet growing demand for IP-based video delivery.

Sasson brings more than two decades of experience building and scaling distributed engineering organisations focused on real-time video, cloud platforms and secure networking. Most recently, he served as VP of Software Engineering at Invisinet, where he led development of zero trust network security solutions. Previously, he was VP of Video Platform at Kaltura, contributing to the launch of large-scale interactive video services during a period of rapid industry growth.

He also spent 13 years at Vidyo in senior engineering leadership roles including Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of Engineering. During his tenure he co-authored 10 US patents and grew the engineering organisation from early-stage into a global team delivering technology widely adopted across the video communications industry.
