Ross Video Reshapes SAARC Team

Ross Video has announced an expansion and reorganisation of its South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) commercial and technical teams, designed to improve clarity of coverage, deepen customer engagement, and enhance regional support.

Responding to rising demand, the refreshed structure sets out a clearer framework for customer management, streamlines communication, accelerates engagement, and provides dedicated support as opportunities move to the enlarged team.

On the commercial side, General Manager for SAARC, Bhaskar Majumdar, will continue to guide strategy and operations across the region. After three years driving sales, Kunal Verma will move into the new role of Strategic Account Manager, overseeing key accounts under a structured handover. To strengthen coverage and responsiveness, Ross Video has also appointed two Regional Sales Managers: Detesh Aggarwal for North & East SAARC, and Isha Jain for South & West SAARC.

To bolster technical capability and pre-sales support, the company has reinforced its regional pre-sales organisation. Rama Krishna has been promoted to Manager, Technical Solutions, assuming leadership of the SAARC pre-sales team and widening technical coverage. Ross Video plans further growth of the Solution Architect function in 2026. These moves are intended to provide customers with deeper technical expertise, smoother solution design, and more consistent technical engagement from discovery through implementation.
