ATM System Completes Deployment Of RTS Voice Over Cloud Technology

ATM System, a division of ATM Group, has successfully completed the first European deployment of RTS Voice Over Cloud (RVOC) technology during a major live football broadcast, setting a new standard for agile, mobile-first intercom communication in live production.

In partnership with PAWLAKI Pro Audio, ATM System utilized a hybrid setup combining RTS KP-Series keypanels, RVOC Edge mobile apps and RVON networking, creating a robust and decentralized communication system that overcame the challenges of variable IP environments and limited on-site infrastructure.

Key highlights of the deployment:
• Stadium-side coordination used KP-4016 keypanels connected via Starlink satellite, with support staff on 4G/5G using RVOC Edge mobile apps.
• ATM headquarters supported remote production roles - including replay, graphics and technical direction - via Wi-Fi and RVOC Edge.
• Flexible configuration tools (AZEdit and IPedit) enabled fast adaptation to dynamic IP conditions and minimized downtime.
• Redundant design ensured uninterrupted comms despite signal disruptions, supported by RTS remote engineering.
