Focusrite Group UK September Open Days Filling Up Fast

Martin Audio's now firmly established Open Days programme continues to become ever more rewarding as they share the stage with Focusrite Group partner brands, Optimal Audio, Linea Research, TiMax and OutBoard.

Product demonstrations combine with in-depth systems training over a three-day period in High Wycombe.

Running between September 9-11, and timed to coincide with the end of the PLASA Show in London, visitors are invited to register for a day pass (or multiple days, bearing in mind that the training activities are restricted to Tuesday and Wednesday only).

Sessions will run from 9.30am-5.30pm on the opening two days with a half-day programme (from 9.30am-2.30pm) on Thursday. Training sessions will run alongside the demonstrations on the opening two days.

All brands will showcase new products and operating systems.
Martin Audio will debut the new BlacklineQ series for Europe alongside other point source ranges, stage monitors, constant curvature and line array demonstrations, and there will also be free listening sessions. In-depth training will be available on their DISPLAY and VU-NET software platforms, and there will be a special presentation on the recent TED Talk event, as well as a live sound session over lunch from their resident musician.

TiMax will showcase immersive audio solutions across TiMax panLab, TiMax SoundHub and TiMax Tracker. They will also demonstrate recent software updates as well as new features for TiMax SoundHub.

Optimal Audio will be showcasing multi-zone commercial audio — including new products — as well as offering a deep dive training session on Talk 8, their new 8-zone digital paging station.

Linea Research will preview new products alongside the presentation of their amplifiers and electronics. Training on their System Engineer 8 control software will also be available to book.

Finally, OutBoard will present an overview of their motor control and rigging solutions.
The event takes place at company HQ, Century Point, Halifax Road, Cressex Business Park, High Wycombe, Bucks, HP12 3SL. There is free parking on site and glorious food and refreshments will be served throughout the day. There will also be plenty of opportunity for visitors to interact with staff and undertake tours of the factory.
