New Director's Finder For Full Format Now Available
The new Ultimate Director's Finder for Full Format is now available to order.
The new full format viewfinder is an ergonomically designed optical viewfinder system that offers Spherical and Anamorphic capabilities. Currently squeeze factors are 1.5X and 1.9X (1.9X covers 1.8X and 2.0X squeeze factors). The viewfinder is compatible for all sensor formats up to RED Monstro 8K (image diameter 46,31mm), offers interchangeable lens mounts and more.
Attach any cinema lens to the viewfinder and get a true rendering of the image.
Create your own customized Frame Lines by using a provided app, print it on Acetat Slides and insert it into our revolutionary Ground Glass system.
Features include:
• Interchangeable lens mounts with IMS (PL, LPL and more)
• Easy exchange system between spherical and anamorphic module
• Lightweight and extrem bright (minimum light loss)
• Ergonomically designed Pivoting Handle Grip aiding Counterbalance
• Adjustable eyepiece diopter
• Revolutionary Ground Glass System with Acetat slides
• Customized anamorphic modules, available from a quantity of 20 units on
• Optional: Changeable eyepiece for Super35 and Full Format view
• Optional: Video assist system
