Doctor Foster Returns
Doctor Foster is set to return to BBC One for a second series.
The new series will follow the next chapter in the life of Doctor Gemma Foster.
Two years ago, Foster – played by Suranne Jones – exposed her husband's affair with another woman and he left town. However, her life is now thrown back in turmoil with the return of Simon (played by Bertie Carvel).
Doctor Foster Series Two is produced by Drama Republic for BBC One. It is created and written by Mike Bartlett and directed by Jeremy Lovering, with Kate Crowther as producer. The executive producers are Roanna Benn, Jude Liknaitzky, Mike Bartlett and Greg Brenman for Drama Republic and Elizabeth Kilgarriff for the BBC.
