Applications Open For London Film School Programmes

News Image
The London Film School has announced details of two programmes, due to take place later this year, between July and early September.

Returning for its sixth year is the School's three-week Directing Summer School with Udayan Prasad, running from 29 July to 18 August. This is followed by the two-week First Film Summer School, with Jonas Grimås, from 20 August to 2 September.

Aimed respectively at those with some prior filmmaking experience, and those who are just starting out, both courses offer each participant the opportunity to write, direct and edit their own short film with a professional cast and crew. Furthermore, participants will gain vital experience of a number of on-set roles, including gaffer, clapper loader, first AD, and actor.

Each programme has just 12 places available, and those aged 18+ can apply. Offers will be made from mid-March, with priority given to those who apply by Tuesday 28 February, 2017.

Further information can be found via The London Film School website.
