German cable operator enhances services with BigBand

BigBand Networks have been selected by Kabel Baden-Württemberg, Germany’s third largest cable operator, to design and deploy an end-to-end infrastructure solution for video services based on the BigBand BMR (Broadband Multimedia-Service Router).
This solution increases digital broadcast programming for Kabel Baden-Württemberg’s subscribers, maximises service reliability and realises the cost saving and scalability benefits of IP networking.
