Quadrant Visual Solutions make connection with SGS

EVENT specialists Quadrant Visual Solutions (QVS) from Derby have successfully managed a training event for SGS, the verification and certification multi-national, at the Alton Towers Hotel.
Under the theme of "Connections", the event was built around the continuing transition to the new verification certificate ISO 9000:2000, with emphasis upon team working and co-operation.
The 170 delegates from across Britain were given key performance training to ensure employees deliver customer requirements effectively and with optimum proficiency at all levels of the business.
Delegates comprised of system auditors or trainers, and members of the support and administration team.
Lee Francis, QVS account manager, said: "We staged a main presentation room with formal syndicate rooms, into which we installed an audience voting system, various break-out rooms for seminars and discussion groups. With four speakers in the morning, and six in the afternoon, the delegates had to absorb a lot of information, so for the evening's entertainment we really wanted it to be very relaxing."
