Soundelux open new UK facility

Leading U.S. sound post-production company Soundelux (an Ascent Media company) have opened a new facilty in London, offering sound supervision and sound editorial services to international feature producers completing their films in the UK.
As part of Soundelux’s move into the UK, the company has secured Supervising Sound Editor Eddy Joseph to head the new facility. Joseph sports an impressive list of supervising feature film credits, including 'Cold Mountain', 'Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone', 'Enemy at the Gates', 'Angela’s Ashes' and 'Evita'.
“I am proud to be joining the Soundelux family and heading their London branch,” said Joseph. “This is a wonderful opportunity to raise the standard of British sound postproduction internationally. We look forward to servicing both American and European clients and furnishing them with the best quality sound tracks.”

Working in partnership with Soundelux London is Ascent Media’s flagship High Definition facility, St Anne’s Post, headed by Bruce Everett.
Construction and installations are expected to be completed this month - in time for Soundelux London to work on Wolfgang Peterson’s feature film 'Troy', scheduled for release in May 2004, and Jean-Jacques Annaud’s 'Two Brothers', scheduled for theatrical release in April 2004.
