Z3 Technology Launches 4K UHD Encoder

Z3 Technology has launched the ZEUS HE4K-R4, which features four independent systems each supporting H.264 encoding in resolutions up to 4K Ultra HD. The system is configurable through any easy-to-use GUI.

Designed as a 1RU system, the HE4K-R4 is ideal for industrial video, security, surveillance and remote monitoring applications.

It features four independent encoders/decoders, resolutions up to 4K Ultra HD, rack-mount system for easy storage, support for Unicast and Multicast, seamless bitrate and frame rate changes, video codes (H.264), video frame rates (HD) 60p and 60i @ 1080p, and video frame rates (UHD) 23.98p, 24p, 25p, 29.97p and 30p @ 2160p.
