Ascent Media announces One Post MD

Ascent Media Creative Services UK has announced that Paul Jones is to become the Managing Director of the newly created facility One Post Ltd (‘One’) on March 15 2003.
Currently Managing Director of Soho 601, which he joined last year, Jones has an extensive background in the creative postproduction community.
He spent 12 years at Rushes Postproduction, most recently as Facilities Director, where he gained invaluable experience in a variety of different roles, working initially as a VT Operator and then rising up through the ranks to become Head of Operations, Manager of B2B Services and ultimately, Facilities Director.
"The opportunity to build a new facility is irresistible,” said Jones. “One will be London’s only full-service facility but will maintain a boutique feel. We will offer a complete end-to-end service from acquisition and origination in our studio; 3D and design; through telecine to edit and visual effects to final delivery, using either traditional tape based methods or online multimedia techniques.”
