'River Films' Launched at Cannes

The Irish Pavilion at Cannes hosted the launch of River Films, a new production company from Abhann Productions ('Riverdance - The Show').
The company's brief is to "develop and co-produce a wide range of Irish based films that would attract International finance and entertain an International audience."
River Films are headed up by Roy Heayberd (Creative Director), Suzanne McAuley (Business & Finance Executive), and Joan Egan (Executive Producer).
Titles in development include 'The O'Neill', 'Coalminer', 'Fractured', 'Warrior King' and 'Harm's Way'.
