Vimond CEO Talks Delivery-Chain Collaboration AT Streaming Media Europe 2012
Vimond Media Solutions CEO Helge Høibraaten is set to participate in a panel discussion at Streaming Media Europe 2012 in London on Wednesday, Oct. 17 at 10:30 a.m.
The one-hour session, titled "Delivery and Monetization in a Multiscreen World," will feature representatives of each of the major steps in the delivery chain — content owner, ingest, distribution, and player — who will discuss the challenges involved in seamless delivery to multiple screens. Panelists will address the integration and cooperation necessary to give the consumer a smooth, seamless viewing experience.
Joining Høibraaten on the panel will be Dion Eusepi, communications, media, and entertainment industry consultant at Hewlett Packard; Robert Gribnau, VP of global sales, Octoshape; Sami Kanninen, head of WebTV, MTV Oy; and Frank Thorup from Xstream. Matt Smith, vice president of Internet Television at Envivio, will moderate the panel.
