Pixel Power reveal product line for IBC 2002

Pixel Power – at stand 7.111 – have released the Clarity2 SD in time for IBC 2002.
The product is a new hardware platform featuring dual AMD Athlon MP2000+ processors and multiple pixel processors for rapid delivery of on-air graphics.
With its easy-to-learn Windows user interface and proprietary video hardware Clarity2 is ideally suited to live news, sports and production environments, delivering two channels of 2D DVE and full-frame animated graphics.
Immediately available, Clarity2 can be supplied with dual-channel uncompressed clip playback, storing 60 minutes internally. A four-channel audio option is also available.
The company have also announced the dual-channel option for Collage2 and Graphite2, giving two clean broadcast outputs with the ability to edit text on a third status output. The rugged, reliable Collage2 proprietary hardware platform is now even better suited to live use.
Also a major new software release adds super-smooth Cool Moves and enhanced control of multiple animations within a page. Multiple continuous ticker crawls are supported, each in its own soft-edged window. Also incorporating a 2D DVE, a single channel of Collage2 can replace many traditional pieces of broadcast equipment.
PixelMOS for Clarity is Pixel Power's implementation of the MOS protocol consisting of a PixelMOS server and any number of industry leading Clarity character generators. Providing a full implementation of MOS across many newsroom computers, PixelMOS is able to provide transparent access of CG resources across multiple sites with automated dubbing of CG media to the physical Pixel Power Clarity playout devices.
Also on show will be the demonstration of Internet and external data source connectivity; the Collette an offline graphics preparation tool supporting Clarity, Collage and Graphite; and the Collage Junior, a low-cost proprietary hardware character generator is a cost-effective solution for systems integrators and automated environments.
