Wilderness Films India Seeks Fresh Partnerships!

As part of a strategic business expansion, Wilderness Films India Ltd.(WFIL) has decided to seek marketing affiliations and co-production and distribution partnerships for their 4000+ hours of HD content from South Asia.
The archive includes the most diverse high-end imagery from India, Bhutan and Nepal. The company now no longer plan to launch their own stock footage product in the market-place and have decided to instead work with partners from around the world.
As the largest content moving image archive in the world from the region, with an added 750,000 stills, WFIL believes there is tremendous scope for niche Indian content to be incrementally distributed across various media platforms globally.
The company owns over 70 viral video properties, one of which ranks among the top ten internet videos of all time, with 350+ million page views.
WFIL has also released an impressive post-MIPTV content catalog as part of this initiative, with over 125 million Euros of never-seen-before HD content that is up for co-production and post-production partnerships, and marketing and distribution in various territories. The catalog includes 2500 shorts, short and full length documentaries, features and viral/internet videos.
The company has already shot and is post-producing over 2500 shorts, with a duration of 3 to 5 minutes each, in order to capture a major global market-share in this developing space.
The public limited company's 750,000 stills and broadcast archive of 4000 hours together make WFIL the largest stock footage resource on South Asia, in the world. Among other awards, WFIL won the "Incredible India Award" in 2006 and the "National Tourism Award" in 2007, for the best tourism film made in India in 2007.
At the same time, WFIL is looking to raise funds in Private Equity to jump-start a slew of internet and television content ventures, including India's first tourism and educational content portals, and South Asia's first factual programming initiative. Among others, the company would like to re-invigorate its "Visual Mapping of the Indian Subcontinent" internet project which was once featured on Google Video as "the fastest growing collection on Google Video" and brought in millions of page views in the early days of video-on-the-web.
WFIL provides the widest slate of broadcast and television services to visiting camera crews for productions in India. From fixing to equipment, crewing and locations to post-production, and has all facilities available in-house. With over 90 HDCAM and other HD camera units, 200 HD lenses, and a slew of other options, WFIL has every international production covered, with every format from HDV to HDCAM SR, RED, XDCAM HD or P2.
