Aquifer Film Studio is a photographic studio in East London, the heart of the Art community of London with a unique design and great access. You can use the space in any way that you need for your project. From White daylight cyclorama to full pitch-black Blackout stage in a matter of seconds! A few minutes after you can have the 14m U-shape Green Screen up at lit! Fancy adding a Car or Motorcycle to your scene? Easy ground floor access from the parking in front of the entrance onto the stage could not make it more convenient as it is possible in our studio.

Having worked in the industry for several years as part of the crew members, here at Aquifer Film Studio we are making sure everyone behind and in front of the camera benefits from the space in the best possible way. WHAT IS A CYCLORAMA (Infinity Cove Wall) STUDIO?
Cyclorama studio is where the stage suggests an infinite background and you can not see any corners or edges where the side or back walls meet the ground or the ceiling. This is achieved by the special way of stage construction which is also referred to as “Cove Wall” or “Infinity Wall” as well as getting help from lighting. This feature is used in order to create an illusion of endless background, seamless space, and no visual obstruction. Traditionally, the Cyclorama stage is built in the white, but you can paint the stage in any colour including green or blue for a perfect green screen or blue screen.

WHAT IS A DRIVE-IN STUDIO?
A drive-in photographic studio is where you can drive your cars or any other vehicles into the stage in order to film or photograph a scene. Depending on the size of your vehicle and the type of shots that you are planning to get from the scene, you get to choose the most suitable drive-in studio that can accommodate your production. From classic green screen driving shots to colourful music videos, photography shoots with cars and motorcycles, virtual production, creative films, Art projects and many more can benefit from a drive-in studio.

WHAT IS A BLACKOUT STUDIO?
Blackout studio is where the space is near pitch black and no light is entering from the outside of the stage and also no light reflects on the stage surface. This feature is used in order to give full control over the lighting that is placed on the stage so the subjects can be lit exactly in a way that is desired. This can also create an infinitely black background.
