I've been an occasional customer at the Leeds branch for maybe four years. Buying Elinchrom lighting kit, Manfrotto mounting gear, guns and battery packs. On each and every occasion Russ and his team have made me feel valued and welcome. They are keen to inform and satisfy the customer. There's no hard sell - they tell you it the way it is and help the customer make an informed decision - even if it is not to buy. Today, for example, I phoned to ask their opinion of a Â£400 battery pack for Nikon flash. They had them for sale. Their informed and expert advice was to get a superior item for Â£150. They also showed me the tripod head best suited to my needs and fitted it there and then. And made me a cup of coffee while I am sure they had more pressing business. I have spent a lot of money on a lot of things over the years, not only photo kit. The customer attention and service at Leeds Flash Centre is the very best of the very best.,
