Designlab appoints Sales, PR and Marketing Manager

London postproduction facility Designlab has appointed Daniel Reynolds as its Sales, PR and Marketing Manager.
Coming from an international distribution background, Reynolds will be responsible for bringing new business from film clients and tailoring DVD authoring and design packages to their needs.
This is a busy time of year for the popular authoring company, as it looks to be at the forefront of new technologies and face the growing challenges ahead. Before joining Designlab, Reynolds worked at IN-motion Pictures for four years, heading up the operations department and attending major film festivals.
Having worked on a vast amount of films such as ‘Killing Me Softly’, ‘Dungeons and Dragons’, ‘Van Wilder’ and also the sale of packaged library titles, he has the experience necessary to make an immediate impact.
This is also combined with over five years post-facility experience, working for the likes of TVI and TMR, looking after major clients such as Capitol Films, Julien Temple and Entertainment Rights.
Reynolds said: “Joining Designlab is a tremendous opportunity for me to help us continue to forge a major role in the DVD market and further the pioneering spirit. We encoded the first commercially available film download and will be continuing to push the boundaries with our HD-DVD and Blue Ray capabilities.”
Hilary Lambert, Managing Director of Designlab, said: “Daniel is a superb addition to our vibrant team and we will be looking to him to make an immediate impact in a very competitive market.”
