SNELL & WILCOX IN TALKS WITH POST IMPRESSIONS

SNELL & Wilcox have confirmed that they are in discussion with Post Impressions with a view to acquiring the Newbury-based company.
The negotiations are fully supported by the shareholders of Post Impressions, headed by Advent Venture Capital.
Harry Cross, Deputy CEO of Snell & Wilcox said: "The advantages of such a deal are clear for all parties. We hope to finalise our negotiations over the next few days. I can say however that press speculation about moving Post Impressions to Petersfield is incorrect."

Snell & Wilcox are based in Twickenham, England with offices all over the world.
