The Sixth Rushes Soho Shorts Festival details announced

Following the phenomenal success of the fifth Rushes Soho Shorts Festival, Soho Shorts 2004 will be a high spot of London’s film calendar, with Bill Nighy as official spokesperson.
There will be free screenings of the short-listed films in venues throughout Soho between Saturday July 31 and Friday August 6. The festival will culminate in an awards ceremony and party at ‘Sound’ in Leicester Square, sponsored by Sony and with drinks from Fentimans. The winning filmmakers will be able to mingle with the festival’s celebrity supporters, who in previous years have included Tara Palmer-Tomkinson, Ray Winstone, Graham Norton, Leslie Philips, Nick Roeg, Ronnie Ancona, Nick Moran, Sean Pertwee, The Specials’ Jerry Dammers, Charles Dance and Terry Christian.
Short-listed films this year include: Fredrik Bond’s ‘The Mood’, Jill Robertson’s ‘Terrible Kisses’ starring Saffron Burrows, Imogen Murphy’s ‘Ten Minute Movie’, and BAFTA winning animated film ‘JoJo In The Stars’.
