Zhiyun Unveils Firmware V1.85 For Weebill LAB
Zhiyun has unveiled its firmware V1.85 for Weebill LAB.
Weebill LAB is a new lineup of stabilizer for mirrorless cameras featuring versatile structure, wireless image transmission and portability. Now updated to the new firmware, Weebill LAB opens up to more creative possibilities and enables filmmakers to go one step further.
The most significant update is the compatibility with Nikon Z7 & Z6, the two new mirrorless cameras launched in August. Users of both Weebill LAB and Z7 & Z6 now enjoy the combination and unlock the full power of setup. The integration allows Weebill LAB to directly control photo-taking, video recording and parameters on the camera, such as AV, TV, and ISO. Weebill LAB with firmware V1.85 supports wireless video streaming from both models to your phone. The ViaTouch Control System on ZY Play further elevates your experience on controlling the camera.
The versatile structure allows the tripod to be switched to the battery bin to act as a handgrip. Newly featured control lock is added in firmware V1.85 to prevent unintended button touch when the stabilizer is in underslung mode: double click LV to lock the front buttons and joystick and triple click LV to lock all buttons on the handle.
