Trademark Dispute Threatens Sky TV's Glee

20th Century Fox's Glee on Sky TV could be taken off air due to a dispute with a UK Glee Club owner.
Mark Tughan, owner of Glee Clubs in Birmingham, Oxford, Nottingham and Cardiff has zero tolerance for 20th Century Fox's efforts to steal his Glee trademark in the UK.
Discussing the dispute, Mr Tughan said: "If it was the other way around 20th Century Fox wouldn't tolerate me launching Glee Club venues and merchandise on the back of their show.
"There's a reason companies in Britain register trademarks - it's so they can be protected."
The legal battle continues.
