New Fully-Featured HD 3G Multi-Viewer From Chromatec

Offered as the complete Multi-viewer, the new Chromatec MV-xx can be configured as a single unit with up to 64 video inputs or as a dual multi-viewer with up to 2 x 32 inputs.
It accepts a wide range of analogue and digital video formats up to HD 1080p, 3 Gbps. Drawing on Chromatec's experience with audio monitoring it can display up to 1024 audio channels. There are 2 x DVI-I video outputs per multi-viewer.
To accommodate the need to display "on air" tallies, alarms for video and audio errors, timecode, safe area markers, clocks, logos, graphics and UMDs, each image 'tile' is fully configurable through a user-friendly menu, including time controlled change of set-ups.
This compact 3U unit is perfectly suited to studio galleries, OB vehicles, master control rooms and studio video walls and integrates with other Chromatec products.
Mike Stevens, Managing Director of Michael Stevens & Partners, said: "In any production environment, time is money and staff are under great pressure to work quickly and accurately. The MV-xx allows control of the video monitoring to be preset and automated for quick efficient set-up. And last-minute changes can also be accommodated with ease. It's there to make life easier!"
First set up in 1084, Michael Stevens & Partners (MS&P) specialises in audio and audio-for-video products for the professional markets.
